401(k) Review Committee

My boss has asked me to put together a formal plan/policy regarding an annual review of our 401(k) plan. He has specifically requested that we have a committee comprised of plan participants who can provide input with regards to the investment selections, level of service provided by our TPA, etc. If anyone has such a committee, I'd be interested to hear your comments about it.

We have what we call a PAC committee (Plan Administrative Committee that consists of the VP of Finance, Executive Director or HR, Manager of Compensation and Benefits, Associate Manager of Benefits and 1 employee. We meet on a quarterly basis to discuss plan activity and other issues such as non-discrimination testing. We also review fund performance each quarter.
