Dear Workforce,
I am new to the HR field and one of my first projects is to create a confidentiality agreement for all employees to sign. I work for a financial institution. We already have a business code of conduct, but we are looking for a 1-2 page form that only deals with confidentiality. Does anyone know of any resources I can use that would steer me in the right direction? Any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated!

It would probably be best to check with a lawyer. A confidentiality agreement is not something you want to try to do on your own. And it is something that should be reviewed/updated often.

Definitely consult with a lawyer who specializes in employment law. You could probably post this same message on workforce's legal forum.
Also, look for an Employer's Council group in your area. We belong to one (we pay an annual fee) and we have access to all sorts of policy samples and legal advice.
Good luck!
