Hi, my company is an IT training & education center. We are planning to open 7 days week, (8.30 a.m. - 10.00 p.m) but employees are only required to work 4-5 days week. Anyone has any shift patter

Hi, my company is an IT training & education center. We are planning to open 7 days week, (8.30 a.m. - 10.00 p.m) but employees are only required to work 4-5 days week. Anyone has any shift pattern/experience in managing this schedule, I would be glad to hear from you. Thanks

Healthcare organizations have lots of experience with this type of scheduling. You might try calling a local urgent care center and talking to the nurse manager.
