I am working in a medium sized retail bank in Hong Kong and now I have a new job order to to conduct a research within a few weeks. The main theme of the study is to find out the difference in the compensation and benefit offered by overseas banks to their locally employed chinese staff in Mainland China. There is surely a clear distinction between local staff and expatriates. It is also notified that, in general, the compensation and benefit package for local employees varied a lot for different provinces in the Mainland China.
