We are looking to expand what we offer to our employee in terms of "perks" such as discounts on merchandise our compay sells, discounts to theme parks, etc. Following is a list of things we offer.
disney/universal studio disconts
discounted movie tickets
invites to estee lauder plant sales

I am really looking to see what other "perks" are out there and what other companies provide. Any suggestions would be helpful.

We have an affiliation with a local credit union so that employees can enroll in the services they provide which includes free checking and savingsa accounts without minimum balances.

We are also associated with NJ Manufacturers Insurance which offers Home and Auto Insurance to our NJ employees and we provide information to our employees regarding mortgages through NorWest Mortgage.

We are currently going to introduce a new program for homeownership that we are currently setting up with help from FannieMae. We will be providing seminars that usually last about 2 hours that is a guide for homeownership. It goes from selecting a realtor to maintaining the new home.

You may also want to consider partnering with one of the many new Internet companies that are putting perks on company Web sites for employees. Those companies buy stuff in bulk (hotel rooms, palm pilots, CD players, etc.) and then offer at a discount.

Discounts on long term disability insurance is a common perk. The employees get the insurance to supplement what the company provides at a group discount.
