Stop Smoking Incentives

Does anyone have any experience on good stop smoking policies? We want to encourage healthy lifestyles ane are willing to assist financially in helping employees stop smoking, but not sure how to state this without seeming like we are an 'Anti-Smoking' company (contrary to Human Rights etc). Any info would be greatly appreciated!
