Insurance Woes

Our current TPA is providing us with EXTREMELY LOUSY customer service. Changing companies is not going to be easy, however I have employees who are being turned over to collection agencies because claims are not being processed.
Does anyone know of a good TPA who pays claims on a timely basis and who will return phone calls?
Any suggestions are appreciated.
