My company is looking into offering a benefit where employees would be reimbursed for a fitness club membership. Does anyone know where I can find factual information regarding proven benefits of this type of program? I have read a lot, but no one states a source of the information they have.

You may want to look into a company called Global Fit. I don't know what state you're in but they are based in Phila. PA. and were expanding in TX and DC area. They have a website www.globalfit.com We received some info from them and they look interesting.

I know that some insurance companies are starting to reimburse members for this service. You might want to check out your health ins.
