Sounds like you have lost confidence in your broker and it may be time to look for a new one.
A good broker will search the market for you, prepare a comprehensive analysis of the quotes received and make a reccomendation. If you try to do this on your own, it will be a very confusing process. A quality broker is doing this several times a month for clients, whereas you may only do this once a year. We can reccomend a good broker in your area.E-mail- gbenefit@bellsouth.net |

We could do something a little different for you. We do Defined Contribution Health and Welfare Plans. You could reduce your current health insurance and reduce your costs and establish individual accounts for employees. You could put in money and they could put in money. The money in the plan would be used for whatever the employee wants ie. more bells and whistles for the health insurance, to pay deductibles, or for other benefits. This allows you to reduce your costs and allow employees who need the better plan to buy it and those who don't can buy something else. You can also structure cost recovery into the plan and use it to offer post retirement health.
