I HAVE BEGUN A FAITH-BASED EAP.IT IS A CHAPLAINCY PROVIDED TO PRIVATE BUSINESS AND IMPLEMENTED ON AND OFF SITE.ALSO PROVISION IS MADE FOR EMPLOYEES FAMILY.MY QUESTION IS WHAT SHOULD I CHARGE? PERHAPS

PERHAPS PER EMPLOYEE,BECAUSE LARGER COMPANIES WILL REQUIRE MORE COUNSELING( WORK).I AM PROFESSIONALLY QUALIFIED,EXPERIENCED,AND EDUCATED.PLEASE HELP. JIM F

We are currently paying $75.00 per hour for our contracted services for EAP. You shouldn't charge by employee, as you may have an employee base of 300 when only 20 may actually use this benefit.
