If you have any thoughts, ideas, or company programs you would like to share with me I would appreciate it.

Small companies must be competitive within their respective industry.

I have worked for 2 small start-up technology companies and they typically cover employee premiums and subsidize dependent premiums anywhere from 20-75%.

I also work for a start-up and the premiums are split 50/50 between the company and the employee. The employees portion is deducted from the bi-weekly pay check automatically.
