My company is interested in learning the cost and benefits of LTD. Any suggestions about where to begin?
And, what is the customary employee contribution?

Hi
I'm the HR Rep for Dodge Warren & Peters. I believe our benefits dept could be of assistance to your in your search for information pertaining to LTD. There are a number of carriers out there, we currently use Unum but because we are an insurance brokerage we can price compare from a variety of different insurance carriers. Art Singer negotiated our group plan and I am sure he would be happy to give you whatever information you may need to make a decision. He is basically my insurance agent and is a great help to me when I have questions regarding employee benefits. His direct number is 818-888-2874 x222 or you can check out our website at dwandp.com or call me - see my profile. Hope this helps.

We also currently use Unum for LTD. My company currently pays the full cost of LTD, however a former company had employees pay for 50% of the premium via payroll deduction.
