I am a benefits broker in NJ. However, I work on accounts that are all over the country. I am always trying to improve service. Any feedback from HR executives on what you want or need more of. Or, things that you would do differently. I am often surprised by the low level of service that many brokers provide and I always aim higher. Your feedback is greatly appreciated. Have a great day.
