I'm looking to outsource our benefits administration to a Third Party Administrator. Can anyone recommend a company that provides top level customer service and automated/web-enabled solutions? Thanks

Oasis Health Care, Inc is a TPA that provides excellent customer service. Their website is www.oasishealthcare.com. I am not sure how far along they are regarding web enabled solutions but I believe they are still developing that.

Well, there are several good TPA's to choose from. However, keep in mind, the TPA is only as good as the discounts they receive on the charges incurred. It can cost you thousands and thousands of dollars if your TPA cannot obtain the discounts on your claim dollars. Also, do you have employees in Multiple states and how many. I like to recommend national providers, such as a blue cross or Aetna. They receive the top discounts and process claims very well. Also, they have the largest networks of doctors to choose from. Hope this helped.
