In Manufacturing or overhaul and repair facilities, can anyone tell me what the average 401(k) match would be? For example...50% on the dollar up to 4%, 6%? Dollar for dollar up to x%? Thanks

In Manufacturing or overhaul and repair facilities, can anyone tell me what the average 401(k) match would be? For example...50% on the dollar up to 4%, 6%? Dollar for dollar up to x%?

There are some firms that have no match and many have 25% or 50% matches. It is rare for that industry to go above that level unless you want to be the leader and it gives you a recruiting edge.
