WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT ADDING A BENEFIT THAT WOULD GIVE EMPLOYEES MORE TIME TO SELF AND FAMILY OUTSIDE OF WORK SUCH AS ERRAND SERVICES, READY TO GO MEALS, HOME CLEANERS, PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZERS, ETC.

First of all, turn your CAPS LOCK off!! Secondly, it's a great benefit. I would perform a marketing which included both EAP and Concierge vendors since some EAP's offer this benefit as an extension to the base program. As far as cost goes, this benefit can be all over the place depending on how many bells and whistles you throw into the mix. From recollection, I believe you start seeing some decent per employee per month pricing with companies over 100 employees.

I think you should first survey your employees to see whether this benefit would be valued. We had such a service but discontinued it because it wasn't being used.
