I am currently trying to develop a proposal for the call center I work for concerning a "paid time off" bank. Could someone offer some help on how to develop a plan that changes reps accurred time, such as vacation, sick, personal time, to one big "pot" of paid time off. What are the pros and cons to consider? Thanks for all your help.

I saw a book on Worldatwork that might be helpful. Paid Time Off Banks Program Design and Implementation.

Do you by any chance have any surveys that you have used to determine an appropriate PTO bank for call center staff? We are looking at revamping ours.
