Specifically, I am looking for (and please feel free to add other categories):

.) Company Industry: Retail
.) # Employees: 300,000
.) PTO or Vacation Policy (accrual rates over the years, by level in organization):
Hourly employees accrue in the current year to be taken following their anniversary. Year 1 = 40 hours, Years 2-5 = 80 hours, Years 6-15 = 120 hours, Years 16-25 = 160 hours, Years 26+ = 200 hours. Salaried employees accrue and can take vacation in advance of accrual from hire date. Years 0-5 = 80 hours. Additional years mirror hourly accrual.
.) # Hours Vacation/PTO Caps: Use it or lose it each year except in rollover states like CA and MT
.) Do have a vacation/PTO donation option (e.g. can donate time to other employee in need): No
.) Do have a vacation/PTO purchase program (e.g. employee can purchase additional time off): No
.) Do have a vacation/PTO cash out option (e.g. employee can cash out portion of their vacation balance): Only by exception in an emergency
.) # Sick Days: Hourly employees = 6 (considered sick/personal days). Salaried Employees not tracked
.) # Floating Holidays: See #9
.) # Company Holiday: 6
.) Do you offer time off to volunteer (# hours/yr): Yes. Hourly = unpaid, Salaried = paid. This is usually at Company sponsored activities
.) Do you offer sabbaticals (required tenure, length of sabbatical, paid/unpaid/partial): No
