As a small nonprofit I have searched everywhere to find a tool to figure our accured vacation. We recently changed our fiscal year from July 1 to a calendar year so this spradsheet sounds like our answer. I would love to have a copy of the spreadsheet to use for our hourly employee. Thanks so much!!!

The original post is over two years old.
I have sent this spreadsheet out a gazillion times it seems. I do not check this specific posting regularly.

All I can suggest is to click on my name and email me directly. But realize this spreadsheet was created and used a few years ago. I have not updated it since then.

I do not mind sharing it, but please realize that this is a volunteer thing. I don't work for this forum but work for an employer who pays me to use my time wisely. And coming back to check a thread that is over 2 years old is not a wise use of my time!

I'm trying to convert my company from a anniv. to a calendar based vacation accural and need to prorate current employees for the balance of '06. Does anyone know how or have a spreadsheet like this? Please help!
