I have recently developed a workbook and tool used in a 30 - 45 minute seminar to teach employees at the very elementary level about the basics of their 401k plan and importance of starting NOW. Does anyone have a suggestion on who to approach on a national level for companies to use us as an outsourcing vehicle. The companies we have used locally have increased participation and the advisor's and the plan sponsor's have benefited by increased participation and revenue.. |

I would check with smaller TPAs (third party admins). The larger firms (John Hancock, Fidelity, American Funds, etc) are going to already have all their communication and education inhouse.
Honestly, we are a small firm with a small TPA, a financial advisor and a recordkeeper. Between those 3, they already provide us with every thing we need and it is included in the annual cost of recordkeeping. |
