Hello,
We are looking to switch our FSA vendor and are currently looking at ADP. Does anyone have experience with this, I would love to hear the pros and cons.

If you are satisfied with your current vendor, please recommend.
Thank you.

Why are you looking at ADP? I know they love to try and add on services via their HR relationships, however, ADP's specialty is payroll, not employee benefits regardless of what they tell you.

FSA vendors are a dime a dozen, but obviously some are better than others and recommendations would vary based on region, state, city, etc. Have you asked your health insurance carrier if they recommend any or if they have an internal one? There are some distinct advantages to the latter, although service could always be a concern. If you have United Healthcare and have less than 100 employees, they actually administer FSA and COBRA for free. Well, as we all know there's no such thing as a free lunch, but at least it's not a couple thousand extra dollars you need to justify being spent to your CFO.

We use WestLake Financial Group Inc for our FSA and a Travis Software - WebCOBRA to administer our COBRA program in house.
