That's a lot of information to ask for on a free HR forum. I would respectfully suggest that you contact a global HR consulting firm that specializes in compensation. They will be able to give you much better data.

Personally I would suggest Mercer as they often send out articles on Global Compensation patterns. Here's a link to their 2009 site:
