Any suggestions on how to have exempt managers report the use of sick/vacation time to their GM on a weekly basis? In addition, if anyone has a spreadsheet or another tool that is easy to use to help

tracking/reporting exempts use of PTO

Any suggestions on how to have exempt managers report the use of sick/vacation time to their GM on a weekly basis? In addition, if anyone has a spreadsheet or another tool that is easy to use to help track this use each day/week over the course of a calendar year, I would be interested in seeing it if you wouldn't mind emailing me.

Thanks so much for any assistance you can provide! Necessary evil and I would like to make this as easy as possible on our GM's.
