My CEO and boss supports my use of this website. If you notice, I mostly ANSWER questions. I can't tell you how many times I will research and answer on an HR forum to only turn around within a few weeks to need that information myself! I can't tell you how far my knowledge has come through researching questions on boards such as this.

I am a "lone ranger" and the only HR person in our 200 person company. I need the interaction with other HR professionals. And it helps me CONSTANTLY update my knowledge on issues that may not be currently affecting our company. Puts me AHEAD of the game.

And usually I try to post when I don't have other work to do or during lunch. We aren't all in the same time zones!
