Direct Deposit in Indiana

The State of Indiana currently allows employers to mandate direct deposit. Has anyone done this and how did you communicate? We have too many employees that don't want to sign up for direct deposit because "they don't want their spouses to see how much money they make". I want to mandate direct deposit to save costs.

Will your DD allow them to direct it to more than one location? I know our payroll system allows for 2. Basically a certain % or $ into one account and the rest into the other. That's one solution if it is available.
