Hello,
Can someone tell me the difference between the Form 5500 and 5500 EZ. This is the first year we will need to file for our dental plan due to 127 particpants and I cannot figure out which one I'm supposed to file.

http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/i5500ez.pdf states on page 2 who can file a 5500EZ. Based on my reading, you would not be able to file the EZ because you have more than 1 employee.
