I am new to administrating COBRA. I have an employee who passed away and I need to send his dependents a COBRA letter. The dependent was only enrolled in Dental and Vision coverage. When I send him the COBRA notice do I offer him only Dental and Vision coverage or can I offer him Medical Dental and Vision. I think I already know the answer to this but I want to verify. Thanks!

The dependant would only be eligible for COBRA coverage for the benefits that he/she was previously enrolled in.
