insurance continuation if group health plan no longer exists
Exchange ideas about health plans, retirement, work/life benefits, and employee assistance.
If we cease to offer a group health plan, are we obligated to offer continuation insurance-we are in illinois with less than 20 employees. I would be interested in the answer under COBRA as well.
