We use a company called E-Verify. They are based out of PA.
We have used them for several years, and have been pleased with their product. Results are sent back quickly, you can customize the requests (ie: if you always want to run a credit check and criminal on a certain group of positions, you can set that up in advance), information is emailed to you. We use two different companies that give us great results. The first is ESecureCheck (InquireHire) based out of Cedar Rapids, IA. The second is Verifications Inc. They both are very customizable and customer service is top notch. Results for most background searches/credit checks/etc are returned fairly quickly (credit checks are instant). |
