It's been a few years since I have worked on Exec Benefits, but I would check with the larger consulting firms such as Mercer, Watson-Wyatt etc. The latest one I can find online is Nov 2007 from Clark Consulting and it doesn't look to have that great of participation (18% of top 1000 companies)
http://findarticles.com/p/articles/mi_m0EIN/is_2007_Nov_6/ai_n27434730/ which leads you to their site to register for surveys. Not sure how much data you will get though or whether it will be free. Unfortunately though, the data might be a bit dated and with the way the economy currently is, a bit overstated. Companies are cutting back everywhere and there is pressure from a lot of Board of Directors to cut back Exec Comp and Benefits. I haven't seen much published on non-qualified plans since they tend to be in the background anyway. |
