Programs to Offset Pay Freeze?

I've been tasked to add no/low cost benefits to offset salary freezes...right now in info gathering and looking at a broad range of options.

Does anyone have feedback / success stories on programs like back-up child care, concierge services, etc. - especially how it was rolled communicated and how employees reacted (concerned of how it will be perceived since we just announced pay freezes a few months ago).

How about considering a couple of "Well Days" each employee can take with little notice?

How about adding a vacation day. Lots on the schedule, one that fits into non-peak season.
