Can HSAs have automatic enrollment?

I'm trying to increase the adoption rate of our HSA. In addition to hybrid financing I've been researching the possibility of automatic HSA enrollment, but I'm not sure if this is legal and I can't find any documentation to confirm or deny. Any words of wisdom?

Good question. If I were to make an assumption, I would say yes since an employer could offset it in the contribution ratio.
