We would like to hear what other companies are doing with regard to allowing employees to buy vacations days whether by payroll deduction throughout the year or a lump sum dedcution to their pay.

I would recommend benchmarking your current vacation and holiday schedule before going down this road just so you have some foundation to move forward on.
Most employers make the deductions throughout the entire year to avoid employees taking a large hit during any one paycheck. |
