Hello, If an employee has 401k salary deferrals, FSA deductions...should these still be taken out of the EE's final pay? Thank you.

If an employee has 401k salary deferrals, FSA deductions...should these still be taken out of the EE's final pay?

You pretty much have to absent any authorization from the employee otherwise.
