I am looking for survey data that will rank the importance of specific functions to HR Managers in companies with 10 to 50 employees. For example, applicant tracking, benefits administration, etc. Is anyone aware of a resource to find this data?

Sounds like the kind of data PEO's might have. Check with someone like Administaff to see if they have and are willing to share any data.
