the companies structure of people are becoming more divers and complicated, so many different structures are designed to answer the needs of each company's benifits philosophy.
in this topic I would like to ask proffessionals about thier point of view to this matter, what are the latest theories and best practices to be shared about: salary structure, Grades structure, different levels benefits and all other information that might be helpfull for al of us.
