According to 5500 instructions "If a plan sponsor of defined benefit pension plan maintains an internal website for the purpose of communicating with employees and not the public, the PPA requires the sponsor (or plan administrator) to post the plan's 2008 Form 5500 actuarial Amended Return/Report on that intranet website."

Do you have to comply with DOL 29 CFR Part 2520 "Final Rules Relating to Use of Electronic Communication..."?

Basically, do we have to announce to the employees that this available and randomly survey?
