As you may know and found through experience, people tend to leave their jobs because of their supervisors. For my doctoral dissertation I am performing a study to discuss how organizations can retain employees through improved leadership. The study looks at key elements needed to retain employees, measuring leadership skills and looking at skills that may be missing.
Because it is a large topic, I am focusing on the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry in which I am involved. If you are a director, manager or assistant manager in Human Resources in this industry and interested in participating in the study, please let me know at this e-mail address: Linda.Saniewski@Pfizer.com or scby823@yahoo.com. The questions require your knowledge and experience in HR. You will not be representing your company at any time, nor will you be asked about your present company. All participants will remain anonymous and anyone can drop out at any time. A letter of consent is our binding agreement. |
