You are not entitled to pay but the company may choose to pay you.

Is your position exempt or non-exempt? Was the whole office/business closed due to weather or was it open?

If by chance you were exempt AND the office was closed for the same day such that you couldn't work even if you managed to drive in, the employer would still owe you a day's pay. If the office/job site was open, then no, they would not have to pay you, even if you were exempt. One of the few docking allowances from exempt pay is when an employee misses work for personal reasons for a whole day.
