Without being facetious I would recommend you hire someone who knows how to both do and manage these processes. Relying on information gleaned from a public forum would be too risky at best.

And exactly what does the title of the message "gratuity" have to do with DB/DC plans?

And yes, I too suggest a consultant who knows a whole lot about both types of plans.
