I believe that you can but ........ how do you reach those without email or those who have left and are not on the company email system

We are trying to cut down on expenses and since the bulk of individuals have access to email at work, we wanted to go that route. However, we would still send a hard copy to those who do not have access to work email.

Check with your 401(k) administrator. Notices of change may be included in your administrative fees.
