Attendance Mgmt/Absence Trends

We are trying to examine/compare our absence rates for our telecommunications group w/those of our industry. BNA and CCH, though good sources, don't quite provide the comparison we need. What have others seen/experienced for an absence rate (includes: unscheduled absence and disability related absences) in the telecommunications industry? Thank you!

I am in the midst of conducting an Attendance Survey for a major Northeast Telecommunications company and would be very happy to discuss with you both my preliminary findings and some of the experiences in my company.
