I am a lawyer and communications trainer based in Hamburg, Germany. I am interested in everything concerning US businesses (especially small and medium-sized)and their activities in and with Germany.

I am a lawyer and communications trainer based in Hamburg, Germany. I am interested in everything concerning US businesses (especially small and medium-sized)and their activities in and with Germany.

What problems have they encountered? Did they perhaps give up because of these problems? Language problems? Culture shock? Bureaucracy? Tax and/or legal problems?

What would such businesses need in order to operate more successfully with/in Germany?

I would appreciate every sort of comment. Ich plan on offering my services (online) in the US and would be very happy about suggestions.

Thanks a lot in advance.
