What plans have you made in connecton with the compensation of individuals who might be required to work, or be on stand-by, at years-end in connection with Y2K concerns? Given that the holiday falls on a weekend, have you planned any special provisions besides normal holiday pay? Any comp time or special dispensation for salaried personnel?

Has anyone had any major successes (or major failures, or major experiences) with Y2K...whether it be in the area of training; compliance; teams; benefits providers and vendors; or other areas?
