A big help would be an AAP software program. The one I've used is Complete AAP. It prepares all the required reports, fits companies that have multiple sites and provides the written text in a Word Template that goes along with the report. They help you with classifcations, both from a job and nationality standpoint. There is also a "dummy" corporation that you can review for assistance in putting the report together.
You will need to establish how your employees fit into the job groups, ie, managers, professionals, technicians, admin, etc. Then classify according to nationality: white, black, asian, hispanic, pacific islander. There was no classification for middle eastern when I was preparing the reports so they are classified under white. You can get started on this now. Their website is: www.yocum-mckee.com/complete A demo disk is also available, 800-765-1176. Check with the EEOC too.
