Gayle, there are tons of websites...I just finished "remodeling" our handbook (ended up being a complete overhall). A great site to start is: http://www.hr2000.com (there are links to knowledge point (they have excellent SOFTWARE (for about $100) that gives you a handbook.....you would just modify to your specific business.
