There are a lot of books and articles written about changing the culture within the organisation.
Does anybody have an example about how they changed the culture within your company. I'm specially intrested in involving management en employees, the process of defining (explicit or implicit) the culture, training, etc. Any example is welcome and appreciated. |

A lot of it depends upon the size of the organization. With those larger ones, you may have to start with a department first. The smaller ones are easier to address simultaneously. What exactly is it that you are wanting to change? and more importantly why? It would be hard to give any examples directly relevant without knowing that. |
