I would appreciate insights from HR professionals as to how they fit alternative staffing into their daily or weekly routine and ways that they manage issues such as security, work performance, evaluating staffing vendors, etc....

Do most company HR departments have some one dedicated to the functions and if so is there a prevolent 'title' that alternative staffing managers are given?
