I am looking for evidence to suggest that work life balance, the range of employee benefits offered and organisational culture/values are important factors considered by graduates when they are evaluating which companies to work for.

Yes. A balance is a must. I am working on a book which focuses on this very issue. I have also been speaking about this topc at many seminars.

I can't imagine that you would need evidence to support the question. In these days and times, culture/values and balance are far more important to everyone, not just graduates.
