WHAT DO YOU INCLUDE IN YOUR PF PACKETS. I PUT TOGETHER A FOLDER WITH A BLANK PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL, LAST YEARS PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL, AN UPDATE FOR ANY PERSONAL CHANGES EX:ADDRESS. AND A NEW JOB DESCRIPTION FOR THE EMPLOYEE TO SIGN AGAIN AND IF THE MANAGER WANTS TO CHANGE ANYTHING ON THE JOB DESCRIPTION. IS THIS TO MUCH OR AM I MISSING SOMETHING. |

We divide our packets into two piles.
1. Manager 2. Employee The employee receives a self evaluation. Basically, a blank copy of the performance review. With a deadline of when to turn it in to their managers. The managers receive the following: a diskette with an excel spreadsheet. The spreadsheet consists of the follwoing: their employees name, job code, job title, currently salary, min, mid, max of salary range and proposed salary, depending on what the performance review number is.
